MPAMOT launched our #CallWomen2Engineering campaign and we call all our team members, partners, clients and network to take action and call women engineers back into the sector.
At MPAMOT we understand that some female engineers have left the build environment for a brief season due to family commitments, studies or exploring other non-engineering opportunities. We are keen to explore and unpack the challenges women face in the industry and how we can assist in integrating women back into the profession.
AT MPAMOT we want to enable professional women to be reintroduced back into the workplace. We also support a hybrid model and allow flexibility in the workplace.
